Who may use Merabot

• Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older.
• Merabot is made for children aged 6 to 12.
• One account is for one household.

Invite codes and plans

• An invite code gives your family a plan for a set time.
• Paid plans are monthly. You can cancel any time in Manage billing.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Using Merabot fairly

Please don't misuse Merabot. Don't try to break the service or get into other families' accounts or conversations.

Mera is an AI

Mera is an AI, and she can be wrong.

She isn't a therapist, a doctor or an emergency service. If something your child says worries you, talk with your child about it. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Availability

We work to keep Merabot running, but we can't promise it will always be on.

Each plan has daily, weekly and monthly limits on how much your family can talk with Mera.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time, in Account in the parent section.

We may end an account that breaks these terms.

Limitation of liability
